Field Experience Handbook

Throughout the Professional Education Sequence, students will have increasing exposure to PK-12 settings through arranged observations and other field experiences. These experiences will support the coursework of the Professional Education Sequence and provide opportunity for College of Education students to learn more about child development, instruction, learning styles, assessment, classroom management, and the school environment.

As guests in the schools, teacher candidates should exemplify the highest standards of the profession. All teacher preparation candidates should review the Field Experience Handbook to familiarize themselves with the expectations associated with field experiences.
