Four steps to a successful interview

• Research the school district, the position, the city and/or the community.
• Prepare questions you may wish to ask in advance. An interview is an exchange of information between two or more parties.
• Practice by going over a list of standard interview questions and situations.
• Appropriate Attitude – Be honest, be positive, be respectful, and be yourself.
