Presented yearly to two students at the UNO Honors Day Convocation.

Nominations accepted from: faculty members, students or administrators

At the annual UNO Honors Day Convocation two Outstanding Graduate Student Awards will be presented to individuals who have been selected as outstanding graduate students at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Nominations may be submitted by faculty members, students, or administrators; nominators should work with graduate students and be able to assess their performance in academic and professional roles.

I encourage you to nominate students from your graduate program/area that you feel are outstanding in their academic performance and professional roles. This is an excellent way to bring visibility to your students and to your program/area. The awards will be presented at the annual UNO Honors Day Convocation in April.
