When the School of HPER needed to make some changes to the Fitness for Living course they went to Don. He has proven to be a tremendous asset to the School of HPER where he now does all the lectures for Fitness For Living. One of the HPER's faculty members states, 'Don has been instrumental in improving the quality of the Fitness for Living Course. He has put in many hours planning and reorganizing this course to better serve the needs of the PE 1800 students as well as the PE 4800 students'. He currently teaches all sections of the lecture as well as mentors the Lab instructors for this course. He is always willing to work with the PE 4800 practicum students to make their experiences as worthwhile as possible. Because of his leadership, PE1800 has become a popular course for non-HPER majors.
