In addition to submitting weekly activity reports, the students will be evaluated periodically by both the University Supervisor and the Worksite Supervisor. The student's grade will be determined by a composite of all evaluations. This manual has been developed in order to provide the student, Worksite Supervisor and University Supervisor with the policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities of those participating in the internship.
