Hollie Bethel Distinguished Alumni Luncheon

Each spring at its annual Hollie Bethel Distinguished Alumni Luncheon, the college recognizes a select group of past graduates for their professional achievements and contributions to their fields. These alumni represent the college, the profession, and themselves with distinction. It is a privilege to honor them. At this event, an Award of Distinction may also be presented to individuals, other than alumni, for their meritorious contributions and support of the college and its programs. The luncheon is named in memory of Dr. Hollie Bethel who was a faculty member in the Department of Elementary Education (now Teacher Education) from 1951-1975 and as chair of the department for 12 of those years.
